Happy Father’s Day! We are blessed to have Mr. Jeff and Mr. Ben train with their children and serve as excellent models and mentors to our students.

Our bring your mom to class night was a huge success, thanks to all the amazing mothers who participated. It's always great when our family members can join us and be a part of our fitness journey!

Family and Friends Night!
Nothing like spending time with our loved ones while we work out, hit pads and play dodgeball.

Thank you to all the families that joined us last night. The sledding was great. If you go to the park check out the giant snow man we built.

Due to the snow the Parkside Community Center will be closed today. We will not have class but if any of our Families would like to meet up at the soaring Eagle Park also known as the Ladybug Park off of Lowell Blvd tonight from 6-7 for some sledding and hot chocolate I would love to see our families out there having a great time together. If you live near the park please consider walking as parking is limited. If there is no parking available try parking near Yale Drive and Pikes Peak drive and taking the path to the park. I hope to see you all there.
