SPECTRA is currently hiring!

SPECTRA is a Licensed Facility School that serves children within the Autism community and other developmental disabilities. Our students range in age between 6-21, and have a wide array of communication skills, from those who utilize augmentative devices to communicate basic needs to those who use verbal language but need assistance with social communication.

Our dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor, Nicole Kindt, offers support to both adults and children dealing with various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, reactive attachment disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder. 🌟 Meet our Spectron of the Month: Alaiyah! 🌟

As one of our superstars in our Early Childhood (EC) Program, Alaiyah is an enthusiastic learner who shines every day. She does an awesome job communicating her needs, advocating for herself, and following directions, all while being kind, brave, and outgoing. Alaiyah loves arts and crafts, coloring, imaginative play, singing, and dancing, and she is always eager to share with her friends!

Alaiyah loves socializing with her teachers and peers in the safe, supportive environment at Spectra. We are so proud of all your growth. Keep shining, Alaiyah! 🎉
