Broomfield High School Engineering Club

One month ago, our Eagle Engineers won the 1st place BEST Hub Award, moving us forward to Regionals! We also won 1st in workmanship, 2nd in robot performance, and 1st in spirit and sportsmanship. We wanted to celebrate by remembering how we got here, welcome an overdue Hub post!

One month ago, our team won 1st in the BEST Award, along with 3 other awards which were the video, workmanship, and spirit and sportsmanship awards. Since then we’ve been working hard to represent at Regionals in Witchita Kansas, go Eagle Engineers!

Hello, friends! If any of you have high school or college students who are interested in aerospace, the CSBR summer internship is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the field while meeting and networking with professionals and touring local companies.

And, it is the only time high school students get to tour Ball’s amazing Fisher manufacturing complex, one of the coolest facilities you’ll find in our region! (And, they may have Ms. Dykstra as their tour guide!!!)

Please spread the word to your students and their teachers! Applications for this summer are now open.

Side note for teachers…CSBR is collaborating to provide an industry experience for teachers…more on that later…but if you’d like to “audit” the student experience, you can. Let me know if you’re interested and I can connect you with the right people to get registered.
