Many people have a difficult time working through the primary economic classes, mostly because schools have made them seem intimidating and difficult to understand. I work with students to translate the basic economic questions into plain English and to help understand that economics is one of the most essential parts of understanding life.

Why are you here?
Economics-the easiest thing in my world. It can all be summed up in a single word-choices. We look at it mostly as money choices, but it is the most basic choices in life that lead us to where we, Stay in bed/get up; take the hard job that pays or the hard job that is meaningful; major in music or art or accounting; take the trip to China or to Detroit. All choices, all leading somewhere. Put together, who knows? So how do these work, how can we make good choices? How about society, businesses, and the world economy? Want to know more? Welcome to economics.
Who wants to talk economics? Not a question most college students want to hear. Well, I love it because it is one way to explain life and the world around us. If you are having a hard time, let's get together and see how you can improve your grades and how you can learn to see where economics is hidden every decision we make.
