In its second year of submissions, the JagWIRE absolutely crushed it at the awards. Thanks to Mr. Carwin and his amazing student staff, the newspaper produced eight issues throughout the school year.

Each issue showed growth and the desire to continuously raise the bar. This hard work and dedication were recognized with six First Place awards, one Second Place award, two Third Place and two Honorable Mentions.

Year after year, the junior high yearbook program has been where our younger publication students have found a love for yearbook, the desire to learn all they can about design, and the ins and outs about business.

This year, the staff brought home multiple Third Place and Honorable Mention awards.

As we wrap up the year here at Secondary, we want to celebrate the amazing work that our students put into the school's official publications.

Our first round goes to the staff, led by Ms. Luceri! Every year, the staff submits various aspects of the yearbook to the for its annual CSMA "Best of Colorado" awards.

The Colorado Student Media Association has been supporting student journalism since 1970. From hosting the annual Journalism Day student media conference to providing students and advisors support in the world of media, the CSMA is Colorado's main student publication entity.

Throughout the years, the high school yearbook staff has been a nationally recognized program and one of Colorado's best. This year, the program brought home five First Place awards, six Second Place awards, and seven Third Place awards.
