So much fun in preschool!

It has been a busy start to the school year with many interruptions. However, kindergarten still found time to participate in many activities.

They shared All About Me Bags with their classmates! Each student had the opportunity to share special items and tell us a little more about themselves. They enjoyed learning new things about one another and discovering the many unique interests and experiences that make each of our classmates special. It was a wonderful way to build classroom community and get to know each other better!

Students also had the opportunity to meet with their eighth grade buddies. They enjoyed reconnecting with their buddies and spending time together. They worked collaboratively to color a picture and, once finished, shared the joy of reading stories together. These buddy activities provide meaningful opportunities for our Kindergarten students to build relationships, practice social skills, and develop a love of learning through positive interactions with their older peers.

Each kindergartener also received a coloring sheet and book from United Way. Thank you!
