The Greensburg/Decatur County Chamber of Commerce was proud to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for All 4 Kids, marking an exciting milestone for an organization dedicated to supporting children and families in our community.

This location represents All 4 Kids’ ninth facility, and during the ceremony, CEO Dr. Michelle Roberts-Schneider shared that this was the organization’s first-ever ribbon-cutting celebration, making the moment especially meaningful for their team and the community.

Community members, local leaders, regional collaborators, state officials and supporters gathered to recognize the growth and impact of All 4 Kids and the important role it plays in providing quality childcare and early childhood development opportunities in Decatur County.

This project was made possible through strong community collaboration, especially that of Greensburg Community Schools, Accelerate Rural Indiana Regional Development Authority, and strategic investment. Funding support from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) through the READI initiative, along with generous support from Lilly Foundation, helped make this expansion and investment in childcare infrastructure possible. These resources highlight the importance of strengthening childcare capacity as a critical component of workforce and community development across the region.

Childcare availability continues to be one of the most important factors in supporting working families and helping local businesses thrive. Investments like this demonstrate what can happen when state resources, philanthropic partners, and local organizations come together with a shared vision for the future.

The ribbon cutting celebrated not only a new chapter for All 4 Kids, but also the broader commitment within Decatur County to ensure children have access to safe, nurturing, and high-quality care while parents are able to fully participate in the workforce.

The Chamber is grateful to all partners who helped make this project possible and looks forward to seeing the continued positive impact All 4 Kids will have on families throughout our community.

Our brand new Greensburg campus is in the final stages of construction, and we are excited to begin the hiring process as we prepare for a Mid-March opening (fluid timeline based on construction and State Licensing Approval).

We are seeking dependable, caring, and passionate individuals who are ready to help children thrive in a nurturing, play-based, education-focused environment.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team at a new location while joining an established and trusted childcare organization.

Interview Process
All first-round interviews will be held at our St. Leon Campus with the Recruiting Director.
This allows candidates to take a look into one of our operational centers and learn more about our vision, culture, and day-to-day operations before our Greensburg opening.

What Makes All 4 Kids Special?
• Child-Centered, Play-Based, Education-Focused classrooms
• Flexible schedules (5-day, 4-day, or 3-day work weeks available)
• Indiana child-to-staff ratio guidelines are always followed
• Closing shifts rotated fairly (1–2 days per week)

Position Overview
Early Childhood Educators are responsible for meeting the developmental, emotional, and physical needs of children in their care—from infants as young as 6 weeks to school-age children up to 12 years.

Responsibilities Include:
• Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Implementing age-appropriate educational and play-based activities
• Feeding, diapering, and assisting with daily routines
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Lifting up to 50 lbs as required
• Actively interacting with students throughout learning time, meals, centers, etc.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary classroom environment, including: Sanitizing toys and surfaces, Sweeping and mopping, Bathroom cleaning, End-of-day classroom reset
• No personal phone usage while on company time
Schedule Details
• Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Shifts are based on availability and center needs
• Full-Time Teachers are encouraged to take part in our 4-day work week with an average shift being 9-10hrs. (exceptions for kitchen staff, part time staff, and high school student assistants)

Requirements
• High School Diploma REQUIRED for adult staff
• Must be at least 18 years old to be a lead teacher
• Federal fingerprinting
• Clean state criminal background check
• Health screening & TB test
• Clear drug screening
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Universal Precautions Certification
(or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Completion of 20 hours of annual professional development training
• High School students as young as 15, in the Child Development Program at school, are welcome to apply for assistant teaching positions!

Pay Information
• All 4 Kids remains competitive with Indiana Early Childhood programs and does our best to match the surrounding areas.
• $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
• Open for negotiation based on: Experience, Education level, Willingness to enroll and pursue further education while working for All 4 Kids.
