Tentative Opening: Mid-March 2026
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour (Negotiable)
Our brand new Greensburg campus is in the final stages of construction, and we are excited to begin the hiring process as we prepare for a Mid-March opening (fluid timeline based on construction and State Licensing Approval).
We are seeking dependable, caring, and passionate individuals who are ready to help children thrive in a nurturing, play-based, education-focused environment.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team at a new location while joining an established and trusted childcare organization.
Interview Process
All first-round interviews will be held at our St. Leon Campus with the Recruiting Director.
This allows candidates to take a look into one of our operational centers and learn more about our vision, culture, and day-to-day operations before our Greensburg opening.

Position Overview
Early Childhood Educators are responsible for meeting the developmental, emotional, and physical needs of children in their care—from infants as young as 6 weeks to school-age children up to 12 years.
Responsibilities Include:
• Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Implementing age-appropriate educational and play-based activities
• Feeding, diapering, and assisting with daily routines
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Lifting up to 50 lbs as required
• Actively interacting with students throughout learning time, meals, centers, etc.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary classroom environment, including: Sanitizing toys and surfaces, Sweeping and mopping, Bathroom cleaning, End-of-day classroom reset
• No personal phone usage while on company time
Schedule Details
• Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Shifts are based on availability and center needs
• Full-Time Teachers are encouraged to take part in our 4-day work week with an average shift being 9-10hrs. (exceptions for kitchen staff, part time staff, and high school student assistants)
Requirements
• High School Diploma REQUIRED for adult staff
• Must be at least 18 years old to be a lead teacher
• Federal fingerprinting
• Clean state criminal background check
• Health screening & TB test
• Clear drug screening
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Universal Precautions Certification
(or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Completion of 20 hours of annual professional development training
• High School students as young as 15, in the Child Development Program at school, are welcome to apply for assistant teaching positions!
Pay Information
• All 4 Kids remains competitive with Indiana Early Childhood programs and does our best to match the surrounding areas.
• $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
• Open for negotiation based on: Experience, Education level, Willingness to enroll and pursue further education while working for All 4 Kids.
