First Home Game ✅

We have officially concluded our Pre-Camp week and are looking forward to this weekend and the Brookville Community Picnic!

We will have hot dogs, chips, drinks, and of course, ice cold pickles! We will also be running a “Ducks for Disney” and a “Human Slot Machine” game.

Additionally, be sure to catch us performing the National Anthem in front of the Main Stage at 6:00pm on Friday!

Today's featured member of the class of 2026 is Erin Moler!

Erin spent 4 years in Marching Band (3 on flute and 1 as drum major) and 4 years in Concert Band on flute.

Erin says "I am so thankful for all of the opportunities that I have been able to have in band. It's always really cool to see how everyone works together to create an awesome final product that can be continually improved. I'm going to miss being a part of something as collaborative as band."

She is planning to attend Cedarville University to become an archivist.

Today we feature senior Quinn Woehl!

Quinn participated for 4 years as a trumpet player in marching band (2 of which he spent on the leadership team), 4 years in concert band on trumpet, and 4 years in Winter Percussion on piano and bass drum.

Quinn says his favorite memory is performing at the OMEA Buckeye Invitational!

He plans to attend Bowling Green State University to major in Digital Forensics, as well as be a member of the Falcon Marching Band! Quinn would also like to join a DCI group at some point during his college career.

The next senior we'd like to feature is Lindsay Watkins!

Lindsay was in our Color Guard and Winter guard for five years, and also played flute in concert band for two years.

She says her favorite memory in band is making new friends and going out together for food after or before practices.

Lindsay plans on attending Miami University to major in marketing with a co-major in fashion.

Thank you for everything Lindsay, we know you will be great in everything you do!

Today we feature senior Hailey Isaacs!

Hailey spent 5 years in the Brookville High School Marching Band Color Guard, and 5 years in the Winter Guard as well!

Her favorite memory is going to Walt Disney World as a freshman, and her favorite marching band show was "Every Single Line".

Hailey plans to attend Sinclair Community College for Early Childhood Education!

Today we feature senior Aiden Chandler!

Aiden participated in Marching Band - 5 years (Trombone), Concert Band Middle & High School - 8 years (Trombone), Winter Percussion - 2 years (Bass Guitar), and Jazz Band - 2 years (Trombone).

Aiden says "Two of my favorite events were performing at Ohio State University inside of The Shoe twice, and marching in one of the parades at Walt Disney world in the Magic Kingdom."

He plans to attend the University Of Dayton, get his Masters in Finance and then hopefully get accepted into Law School and earn his Law degree. During his time at UD he plans to march with the Pride of Dayton Marching Band.

Next we will feature Chris Benson!

Chris was a 4 year member of our Marching Band and a 2 year member of our Concert Band on clarinet before leaving BHS to attend MVCTC.

Chris says his favorite memory is performing our halftime shows in his football uniform!

Chris plans to attend Wright State University for Construction and eventually work in the trades.

Today we feature senior Matthew Booth!

Matt has played the alto saxophone for 8 years across middle and highschool Concert Band, 5 years in Marching Band, and 2 years in Jazz Band. He also participated on piano for 3 years and bass drum for 1 year in Winter Percussion. In addition to his ensemble playing, he also prepared a solo for 3 years of solo and ensemble on alto sax where he earned multiple Superior ratings, and spent 2 years in the Wright State Saxophone Ensemble. Matt has been regularly featured as a soloist at Brookville, on alto saxophone 4 times, and Piano 3 times, and in his time at the Wright State Saxophone Festival.

Matt says “Marching band has been a great experience for me to learn how to lead. It has taught me that leading in service is the best way to gain the respect and loyalty of others. Positions of leadership are gifts and honors to have, don’t hold something that was given to you over others heads. Practically though, probably how to fold pleated pants.”

Matt plans to attend Cedarville University for Mechanical Engineering on an Air Force ROTC HSSB Scholarship, then go into the US Air Force for four years of active duty as an engineer.
