Owen was so fortunate to have Jeremy as his first piano teacher! He was so calm and fun with my very energetic 7 year old. Jeremy said he wanted "smart" piano students so he taught many aspects of music even the inner workings of the piano. Owen told Jeremy that he loved practicing piano. Jeremy gave my two daughters lessons for two years. One piano and the other drums. Jeremy was so patient with the girls and made learning a new instrument fun! I had the opportunity this week to tune a Kawai living room grand for Innova Theatre at the Sorg Opera House in Middletown. This performance venue, which opened in 1891, boasts such performers such as George M. Cohan, Bob Hope, Will Rogers, and the John Phillips Sousa band. Awesome to be tuning a piano on the same stage as these entertainers!

Had a client call and say their piano wouldn’t play. These are always fun visits… what could it be?! 🤔 Under the hood I found almost all of the plastic elbows on the lifter rods were broken. Old plastic. I replaced all the elbows, tuned her up, and she’s in much better shape.
