We’ve got some great kids representing FC at DCI INpact Band this weekend! Tomorrow 2 more join us for Bandtastic. Rehearsals are going strong today and tomorrow before performing at DCI World Finals tomorrow night at Lucas Oil Stadium!

What a great first day of band camp! Besides some great marching basics and first time playing together for the new school year, we had fun getting to know each other with games and had lots of spirit for color day!

An extra special shout out goes to the Percussion section for being chosen as the section of the day for their hard work and great attitudes today!

Freshman: Babies
Sophomores: Teenagers
Juniors: Adults
Seniors: Senior Citizens

Tomorrow starts band camp for all high school band members! We will practice from 8-12 Monday, July 27 through Thursday, July 30 at the high school. Tomorrow's theme is color day!

Remember to bring your completed concussion/cardiac arrest forms that were mailed earlier this summer. If you need another copy they have been emailed to you or you can get one tomorrow at camp.

Parents-We are needing help with uniform fitting. NO sewing is required. If you are interested drop me an email or stop by tomorrow. We only have a short amount of time to get them ready before our first game!

See you all tomorrow! I am so excited to start making music together again!

The FCHS Band has been enjoying blue skies today on the band trip to St. Louis!

What a spectacular performance! The FCHS band received gold ratings from all three judges tonight! The musicianship and professionalism these students exuded tonight was definitely something to be proud of. Congratulations to all of the band members who worked so hard for this accomplishment!

We have departed New Castle and our approximate ETA to FCHS is 10:50.

Tonight the FCHS Band is performing in New Castle for the ISSMA Concert Band Festival. Before we arrived the contest site had to shelter in place due to severe weather. Because of this, our performance has been delayed 30 minutes. Our new performance time is 8:10 PM. We will be also be expected to return to FC at least 30 min later as well. We will update approximate ETA before we leave New Castle. Thanks!
