8 Aug 2026: First mow: This is 2 weeks post scalp, aerate, feed, seed, top dress/level. We had 48 tons of material brought in. This area sucked up approximately 35 tons! Cant wait to see your kids over here soon!⚽️🥅

25 July 2026: After scalping and core aeration, we added Nitrogen, 50lbs of new seed, top dressed with USGA sand/compost blend. We then dragged the sand into the cored out surface. This will greatly assist with the field being more level, improve drainage, and overall nutrient delivery to the roots.

All four corners of the field. 40% of the field is ready. This is the first growing season of our seeded turf grass field. We need a baseline to build off of. This time is taking a little longer than anticipated. The head field manager Juan is working daily to push a safe playing surface that will hold up to heavy traffic.

2 May: pic after soaking rain: 13 days post over seed: 50lbs starter fertilizer added prior to rain:

The seeded Bermuda from last year is coming in aggressively and the new seed is popping (13 days from dropping seed). Bermuda seed has a typical germination period of 7-21 days. Bermuda grass is a hot weather grass that thrives with humidity and full blazing heat. With 1 week left of our regular soccer season, we hope to have this space immaculate within 5 weeks. ✌️

We look forward to summer sessions under the lights and some pool time after!

End of March we nuked our winter rye grass and scalped all growth above surface. This is in preparation to bring the existing Bermuda grass out of dormancy and seed with a quality Turf Grass.
