For Cade King, serving as his chapter's sentinel isn't just about following in his great-grandfather's footsteps—it's about carrying forward a legacy of leadership, service and hard work while creating one of his own.

Spanning nearly 50 years, this family's FFA journey is a reminder that the values passed from one generation to the next can inspire future leaders for years to come.

🐻‍❄️ WELCOME TO BRACKEN COUNTY SCHOOLS, Emma Wade! 🐻‍❄️

Please join us in welcoming Emma Wade, our new Agricultural Education teacher, to the Bracken County Schools family!

Emma is a 2023 graduate of Campbell County High School and earned her degree in Agriculture Education from Murray State University. She recently completed her student teaching experience at Marshall County Technical Center.

Outside of the classroom, she enjoys barrel racing and rodeo, spending time with her dog, Opal, being outdoors, and making memories with family.

In her new role, her goals are to build positive relationships with students, parents, and community members while creating hands-on learning opportunities that allow students to learn by doing.

We are excited to have Emma join the Bracken County Polar Bear family and look forward to all she will bring to our students and agriculture program!

🏆 Tonight at Session 2 of the Kentucky FFA State Convention, Bracken County FFA was recognized as a Gold Rated Chapter!

This honor reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our members throughout the year. From leadership development and community service to agricultural education and career preparation, our chapter continues to strive for excellence.

We are incredibly proud of our members and thankful for the support of our school, families, alumni, and community.
