Coach Chrissy & Coach Harper are breaking it down with our softball girls — swing mechanics, video analysis, adjustments, and plenty of reps.

It’s one thing to take swings. It’s another to understand your swing, make the right adjustments, and keep getting better.

These girls are getting the opportunity to work with some of the best softball coaches around at Clubhouse Performance Academy and they’re taking advantage of every minute.

Huge shout out to our Commanders Coach Bryan Muniz!

Coach Bryan hooked one of our boys & his family up at the Mets game yesterday with some awesome seats and a special gift.

Bryan is a HUGE asset to our program. Even when he’s on the road, he’s constantly taking calls, answering questions, talking baseball and making himself available to help our academy players. His investment in these kids goes way beyond the hours he spends with them at The Clubhouse. This Guy is truly one of a kind!

This is the type of coaches our players get at The Clubhouse Performance Academy.

What we’re building here is different and the people we have doing it are UNMATCHED.

We are excited to officially announce the Clubhouse Performance Academy Softball Program for the 2026–2027 School Year!

After many requests we’ve added Softball to our Clubhouse Academy bringing the same structure, development model, and standard that has helped establish our Clubhouse Academy Baseball Program.

This program is built for Homeschooled Softball athletes & focuses on skill development, strength & performance, softball IQ, confidence, accountability, and long-term player growth in a true academy environment run by an unmatched Coaching Staff.

MEET OUR STAFF:

🔹 Chrissy Dushane
• Former St. Petersburg College Coach
• Former PHSC Softball Coach
• Rapsodo Softball Pitching Certified
• Founder/Owner of Guardians Softball Organization

Chrissy brings years of coaching, organizational leadership, and player development experience and will play a major role in building the softball side of Clubhouse the right way from day one.

🔹 Harper Bunn
• Div.II Barry University 4 Year Starter (Catcher & OF)
• Nature Coast High School 4 Year Varsity Player
• Barry University Graduate

Harper brings high-level collegiate playing experience, entering her fourth season as a starter at Barry University as both a catcher and outfielder. She has developed a strong passion for mentoring and developing young athletes and has spent multiple offseasons helping players grow at The Clubhouse.

• BSc, CSCS
• Driveline Certified
• Director of Strength & Performance at Clubhouse Academy

Austin oversees all Strength & Performance Development within the academy, helping athletes become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more durable both on and off the field. Over the past several years, Austin has played a major role in the growth and development of our baseball programs and the performance culture that has become a major part of The Clubhouse.
