🎃🍂 WE’RE MAKING TRUNK OR TREAT BIGGER & BETTER THIS YEAR! 🍂🎃

We are SO excited to be preparing for our upcoming Trunk or Treat & Movie Night, and this year we’re hoping to add even MORE fun for the children and families in our community! 🧡
We’re looking for local businesses, organizations, churches, school groups, clubs, sports teams, and community members who would like to help us make this event extra special!
✨ HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP: ✨
🎯 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
This is a perfect opportunity for clubs, sports teams, student organizations, churches, and community groups!
We need volunteers to help operate and supervise:
🎃 Ring Toss
🦆 Duck Pond
🍭 Sucker Tree
🏀 Basketball Connect 4 Inflatable
⛳ Small Putt-Putt Golf
🧱 LEGO Obstacle Course
🎨 Face Painting
All materials will be provided! Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! 🙌
🌭 FOOD & DRINK DONATIONS NEEDED
We are looking for donations of:
• Hotdogs & hotdog buns
• Condiments
• Bottled water
• Juice or other kid-friendly drinks
• Candy & prizes for games
🍿 POPCORN & COTTON CANDY
We are also looking for volunteers to help operate our popcorn and cotton candy machines! If you or your organization would like to take charge of these sweet treats, we’d love to have you! 🍿🍭
🤡 ENTERTAINMENT
We would LOVE to find someone willing to dress up as a clown and help entertain the kids with:
🎈 Balloon animals
🤹 Fun tricks & juggling
😂 Silly interactions
🎉 Lots of fun and laughter!
🎬 TECH HELP NEEDED
We’re also looking for someone who can help us run our short films during the event. If you’re comfortable with technology and would enjoy helping behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you!
🚗 TRUNKS NEEDED!
We are still looking for families, organizations, businesses, churches, and community members to decorate a trunk and pass out candy! 🎃🍬

🧡 Our goal is simple: to create a safe, fun, and welcoming event where children of all ages and their families can come together, enjoy games and activities, watch a movie, and make some wonderful fall memories!
Whether you can donate a pack of hotdogs, volunteer for an hour, decorate a trunk, run a game, make balloon animals, or help behind the scenes—EVERY BIT HELPS!
