Just Move Over Bruh was created to bring awareness to the Move Over law that has been in effect since 2002 in the state of Florida. It has been on the books longer in other states and has since gone national. Everyday law enforcement, fire-medics, road rangers, tow and recovery operators, utility workers, road construction workers, road service personnel put their lives on the line working on our nation's highways and byways in some fashion or another. In a split second death come swiftly, but most if not all the deaths that happen to the afore mentioned people could be prevented if drivers would Just Move Over Bruh.
Just one lane its all we ask. It shouldn't even have to be a law but since simple common courtesy isn't common anymore the law was enacted and penalties for violations are imposed. This page is about awareness. The government doesn't do enough to make the public aware so its up to us to sound the horn and ring the bells.
1 death is 1 too many. Workers killed on roadsides our preventable and senseless. Just Move Over Bruh! Just one lane. If thats not possible then slow down 20mph below the posted speed limit. This simple act of situational awareness has prevented the deaths of thousands of heroes over the years but still millions of people driving the roads still find it to be an inconvenience to show this courtesy that they would expect to be given them if they were stranded on the road themselves. aims to be a household phrase over the coming years.
