September 29 was a great day of learning for all RJH staff.

The morning included a focus on the impact of Teacher Belief Systems taught by Dr. Carrington followed by the 5 Evidence-Based Practices of Classroom Management by Ms. Landry from Region IV. Staff focused on implementation practices to create a supportive environment for all Falcons. We are being intentional about building bridges to success and overcoming barriers.

The learning continued in the afternoon as our teachers grew by strengthening their toolbox with the curriculum. We are excited about growing our students.

Excellence Is the Standard and Failure IS NOT an option at RJH. Let's go, Falcons!

We have an amazing team at RJH and we wanted to celebrate them.

The day began with a surprise breakfast bar, "Thanks a Latte!" There were smiles all around!

Thanks and appreciation goes to our team for all you do daily. Together, we can accomplish anything!
