The Brookneal Elementary School PTO is a parent/teacher organization. Throughout the year, we will hold fundraisers so that we can give our children the opportunity to learn outside of the school on field trips, and participate in school-based fun activities like:

The Brookneal Elementary School PTO page is provided by the BES PTO as a service to families, teachers, staff and community members. Our PTO chapter is run by volunteer parents. We maintain this site as a means to quickly share useful information about PTO events, activities and policies. These tools enable BES families to share news with the PTO and with each other. Updates are frequently posted by PTO board members—and we encourage others to join the discussion! In an effort to promote positive communication and relationships, all postings on this page are subject to removal by the PTO board. Please note that the page administrators review all postings and comments to ensure they align with this user policy. If you have questions at any time, please contact Dana Elder, PTO president. Identify BES PTO members, BES staff, parents or students in defamatory, critical or negative terms. Contain inappropriate, critical or abusive language or statements. Violate any individual’s privacy. *Respect the privacy of others. Do not show consideration for others or are considered likely to offend or negatively provoke others. Are considered spam. Are unrelated to BES PTO, BES Elementary, Campbell County schools or our community. PTO and BES administrators reserve the right to remove any posts or comments at any time. Certain PTA questions or comments should be kept offline and instead be directed to Dana Elder (434) 376-2042. Other questions about:
BES policies, such as attendance, discipline, behavior issues, etc. Concerns about your child’s educational experience, including test scores, SLC results, ISTEP preparation or results, academic standards, etc. Comments, questions or criticism about particular events that transpire on your child’s bus, in the classroom or during school-sponsored activities.
