In 's book The Immortality Key, he talks about how the church came in to hide the women and psychedelic medicines from the world because they didn't want people tapping into their own divinity. He went got himself into the Vatican for months to research this very coverup which is how he wrote the book. I interviewed him on episode 214 of the podcast episode. That means, 74 percent of people will probably not buy from you no matter what tactics, unless you have an established personal brand.
Today I have from the on my Podcast talking about the statistical importance of building your personal brand talking about this statistic and many more statistics that will help you assess your personal brand building goals.
We are in the personal brand era where you need to build trust if you are an entrepreneur, speaker, author, thought leader, coach, etc.. even the founder of a physical product driven company. Just take a look at what is doing, and the power of his personal brand.
AJ & # (Who I met through ) conducted a deep research on these statistics, and if you listen to the episode you'll find out where to download a free PDF of all the research, which I found personally to be so fascinating, informative and useful.

Don’t you just love a good conversation?
I sure do. I started a podcast a few years back for this very reason, and also it was a great way to push myself out of my comfort zone.
You see, I’ve alway had a fear of speaking behind a microphone, or in front of an audience, and this was a good way to push myself into that realm of art, and as I learned, it is an art in and of itself.
I love leading with curiosity with brilliant minds that inspire me. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing knowledge from people you may know of like , , Donna Karan, , , , , , and so many more amazing people.
I’ve also shared episodes of things I’ve learned through my own creative journey of photography, the ups, the downs, the process and so many things.
In effort to consolidate things into my own personal brand, I’m rebranding the podcast as ONKENradio(formerly known as NIONradio) and I’ll be relaunching it all soon, but still with the 190 episode backlog.
The podcast has followed the curiosity of my own journey, and over the last few years, I’ve really followed the white rabbit down my own rabbit hole of inner truth and it’s surfacing as the idea of Creative Alchemy.
In this next chapter, I’m really excited about exploring where creativity and consciousness intersect. I want to explore topics create wholeness from the inside out and lead to creative activation.
I’ve realized that my own creative expression has been developed and fueled through alchemizing my own inner world of thoughts and emotions.

Do you like your life and what’s In it?
As above, So below.
I’m sure you’ve seen this quote or heard something like it before, but have you ever taken a moment to step back and examine everything orbiting around you?
Who you are being is a direct reflection of what you’re attracting into your life.
This goes across everything from work, job, career, to the person are dating, or the relationship you desire, and everything else in your life. The circles of friends you run in, or don’t run in.
I look back on my life, and can see now what I was attracting at different points in my outer world was a direct reflection of what was going on in my inner world from the ups and downs of my career, to the people I’ve dated.
I subscribe to the idea that everything is energy. Everything vibrates to a frequency, and when you start alchemizing your own frequency, you attract different things into your life.
Take inventory of your life. Who is in your orbit? Are the people around you toxic? Are they energizing? Are they inspiring? Do you love your job?
The process of “Being” is a process. It takes awareness, and that is developed over time if you even want that.
BEING happens in every moment. Your way of being attracts what you get in life.
I’ve found that alchemy of your inner world is a way to shift and create who you are being in the world.
When you shift who you are BEING you shift the results you get in life.
I notice, that as I’ve developed my inner world, my outer world and orbit has become bigger and bigger and even more resonant in every aspect.
However, it’s a daily practice of alchemy. Life throws us all kinds of wacky curveballs, and it’s how we transmute those curveballs on the daily which makes the difference.

“See What I See.”
I’m grateful for my friend . Him and I have had many conversations over the last couple years around race and the s**t he experiences on a daily basis. We did a photoshoot yesterday and stumbled across this perfectly befitting artwork by who turns out is a friend of mine, . How often to we put ourselves in other people’s shoes and see what they see?
I asked Jason to write a piece on what he experiences daily and has experienced his whole life:
“Humanize me.
I’m Jason before I’m a suspect. I’m a father before I’m assumed criminal.
However, truth is I feel the opposite.
To avoid racial discrimination and micro-aggressions I operate with a mental “Green Book.”
When I drive through the streets of SoHo and the stores are closed.
It’s no different to me than when they are open. It’s not a monetary thing. It’s a me actively choosing how I want to feel today or any day thing.
The fallout of a Global Pandemic has limited our distractions. It’s heightened our concerns for physical health and mental wellness. It has triggered a shared economic strain but also grants a time to focus. It’s allowed many the ability to see more of our similarities than differences.
What ever stories you’ve read, know they’re much more real than fiction. Believe them. Just treat me when you meet me with compassion not tolerance.”
