Howdy Neighbors!

Barking Cat Studio is hiring!

We are looking for part-time Art Teachers/Teaching Artists and Studio Teaching Assistants to teach/assist in our super-fun and vibrant after-school art classes. Afternoon hours: 2:30-6PM starting September 15.

Barking Cat Studio is a happy little neighborhood art studio built just for kids. We encourage kindness and playfulness, teamwork and problem-solving. We give kids the materials and tools, know-how and room to express themselves.

If you are an enthusiastic, responsible, up-beat, creative, fun, hard-working and responsible person who loves making and teaching art AND working with kids–then you are the kind of person we are looking for!

The right candidate must be at least 20 years old and have experience working with children ages 2 - 13. Candidate must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be mature, kind, have common sense, be dependable, punctual and trustworthy. A good sense of humor a plus. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates a plus but not required. Must pass a criminal background check.
