Starting with one minute poses and ramping up to 20 minutes, our artists dash to capture the motion and attitude of the pose first, leaving no room for perfectionism, Whether you are looking for a new mindfulness practice, or whether you are a seasoned artist, you will love drawing our phenomenal models at . Join us for our third Zine Club session! We’ll begin the session with two short demos by one on the classic 8 page zine, and one a more advanced folding technique: the Zig Zag Zine. We provide all the materials from drawing, to painting, to collage, to printmaking. No experience at all is necessary. You will also be free to peruse our extensive zine collection for inspiration. In this comics workshop, students will learn how to put their story goals before their visuals in order to understand the fundamentals of visual storytelling and how the story drives imagery when the two are working in tandem. Students will execute on the ins and outs of story structure, character and telling a narrative in the cuts.
