Lily, a 6th grader at St. Athanasius Catholic Academy, spent this year on the volleyball, dance, digital photography, and theater teams — and worked hard to raise her grades. “I am proud of myself,” she wrote. So are we.

Ms. Gabb recently participated in the Civic Spirit Summer Institute, joining educators from faith-based schools across the nation for professional learning focused on civic responsibility and American democracy. We are excited about our new partnership with Civic Spirit and look forward to the work she will do throughout the year.

We are also thrilled to launch our first Civics Club, with Ms. Gabb serving as its moderator.
