INTERN WITH THE MAYOR! The Mayor’s Office Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to gain experience and develop the capacity to solve New York City’s most pressing issues. The mission of the Mayor’s Office Internship Program is to build a diverse pipeline of future public service leaders. The Internship Program encompasses three major components: a work assignment where interns are placed in specific departments and work on a range of projects and tasks; opportunities to engage with government officials; and a service project that interns collaboratively plan and execute. The 10-week program for high school students, college and graduate school students and graduates, and veterans begins September 20, 2017.
