Mark your calendars: CUSP is hosting our first Fall 2026 information session on Monday, September 28 at 10 AM!

The M.S. in Urban Data Science program at NYU Tandon School of Engineering CUSP offers a foundation in data science, policy, and emerging technologies, plus the chance to apply those skills through partnerships with industry, academia, government, and nonprofit organizations.

Using New York City as a living laboratory, students tackle challenges like modeling energy efficiency, deploying sensors to assess flood risk, and designing data-driven policies to improve pedestrian safety.

Thank you to the American Museum of Natural History and caribBEING for welcoming CUSP at NYU Tandon School of Engineering to table at Carnival at the Museum: A Climate Fete on September 16! 🌎

This sold-out evening brought together Caribbean culture, climate leadership, and community resilience through performances, culinary experiences, lightning lectures, and panel discussions. It examined how climate change is reshaping communities and inspired collective action toward a more sustainable future.

It was a pleasure to connect with attendees throughout the night!
