We are all hands on deck for reading! In our Kindergarten classroms, our amazing teaching assistants run Word Work stations where students practice their letters, sounds, and word solving skills.

A huge thank you to for spending time at New Bridges and putting books directly into the hands of our Pre-K friends, helping our youngest learners are building their at-home libraries and growing a love of reading from the very start. 📚

Rooted in research on children’s mental health, our Bridge Buddies program ensures every student feels known, connected, and cared for by more than just their classroom teacher. From school safety to our teaching assistants, every adult plays a role in helping kids feel seen and supported. At the first Motivation Monday Bright Start of each month, every adult checks in with their Bridge Buddies! 💫

At New Bridges, Fourth and Fifth Graders get to “Major” in an Arts discipline—choosing a focus from Music, Dance, PE or Visual Arts to deepen their skills and explore a passion. Today’s Arts Showcase gave our Visual Arts Majors a chance to proudly share their creativity and growing expertise!

Check out this delicious, nutritious, and balanced meal—served free every day in our school cafeteria! Encourage your child to fuel up with healthy choices that support their energy, focus, and growth. Good food = good learning!

Our Mathematicians love to work together to solve problems! Across the school students think, talk, and model it out to tackle tricky tasks. This collaborative math provides access, fosters teamwork, and deepens understanding.
