Not every school is the right fit for every teacher.

At The Language & Laughter Studio, we're intentionally small. We believe children learn best when they feel deeply known, and teachers do too.

Our French immersion preschool is a place where children spend their days building forts, telling stories, making art, exploring nature, and learning through play. French is woven naturally into every part of the day.

We're looking for Assistant and Lead Teachers who are warm, observant, reflective, and excited by a relationship-centered approach to early childhood education.

Paula works with a remarkably distinctive palette of organic and natural substances — coffee, sumi ink, sorrel, avocado stain, turmeric, cochineal, berry stains — often combined with watercolor, fabric dye, conte, and gold leaf. The use of food and plant matter as pigment feels deeply intentional.
