✨ Big news for our PTA family! ✨

ESTIA House of Movement in Williamsburg is offering two full scholarships this fall. Pre-K through 5th grade kiddos can enjoy a semester of free dance classes, ballet, modern, and creative movement, plus school pickup from PS 18. Recipients chosen by random raffle.

If you know a family who could benefit, please share this with them. Let’s help our kids grow, create, and shine. 💃🏽🕺🏽

Niños de Pre-K a 5to grado pueden disfrutar un semestre de clases de baile gratis, ballet, moderno y movimiento creativo, más recogida en la escuela PS 18. ESTIA House of Movement in Williamsburg vergibt diesen Herbst ZWEI Vollstipendien. Kinder von der Vorschule bis zur 5. Klasse können ein Semester lang kostenlose Tanzkurse besuchen – Ballett, Modern und Kreativer Tanz – plus Abholung von PS18.

Die Empfänger werden per Los ausgewählt. Wenn Sie eine Familie kennen, die davon profitieren könnte, teilen Sie dies bitte mit ihnen.

Our PTA Back-to-School Day at McCarren Park wasn’t just an event — it was CONNECTION. 🫶🏽

To every new and returning family who showed up, laughed with us, connected with us, and helped make the day special — THANK YOU. ❤️

Because when families come together, our children feel it. That’s the village. That’s PS 18. 🙏🏽

Our friends at FITKIDZ would like to share a message with us!

Dear PS 18 Families,

We are currently exploring interest in offering the FitKidz After School Program for our 3K and Pre-K families for the upcoming school year. If your family may be interested in participating in the FitKidz After School Program, please take a few minutes to complete the Parent Interest Survey below.

Throwback to last month when our streets closed down and the fun opened up! 🙌🏾
⚽️Students had a blast playing open-street soccer thanks to the Mayor’s Office, DOT and Street Lab partnership.

As we wrap up the 2025–2026 school year, the PTA is asking families to vote on several budget reimbursement requests that supported student programs, family assistance, staff appreciation, and end-of-year celebrations.
