Title 1 Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) Virtual Elections - 6/11/26 at 6:30 pm

Dear Wonderful FHHS Parents/Guardians and Teachers,

This is the 10-day notice to announce the Fort Hamilton High School Title 1 PAC Election on
June 11, 2025, at 6:30 pm on Zoom. PTA Executive Board and School Leadership Team Elections will proceed right after at 7 pm. This meeting notice will be sent out via all email and text features from FHHS.
If you want to vote in our elections and attend the Title 1 Parent Advisory Board (PAC) Meeting, registration will start on May 29, 2026. The LAST day to register to vote is June 11, 2026, before 5:00 pm. You MUST register with the link below to be able to attend the
elections.

We will verify each voter's personal information against what FHHS has on record. You
MUST have a child to be able to vote in this election. Only parents/guardians can vote for
Title 1 PAC.

Roles and Responsibilities: The only qualification for all offices is that the candidate be a parent of a child in the school.

Elections will start promptly at 6:40 pm, and the voting window will be open with enough time for everyone present to hear a brief introduction of our candidates and vote. Anyone who arrives after 6:40 pm will be placed in the waiting room until the elections are
completed. As a reminder, the nomination window closed on May 11, 2026, at the Title 1PAC meeting, and we will NOT be taking floor nominations unless a position is open.

Please do not share your unique link. Any duplicate names will be placed in the waiting room. Title 1 PAC Candidates should arrive no later than 6:40 pm.
Translations will be available for Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, and Spanish.
