PS254 Open for Breakfast & Lunch!

Dear Parents,

I hope you are enjoying your summer.
Please share with your friends and neighbors and let them know that PS 254 is serving breakfast and lunch for the neighborhood from Monday, June 29, 2026 – Friday, September 4, 2026
It is open to the public, you do not need to attend our school to be served. Stop in and grab a quick bite while you are out and about.

Breakfast Service Time: 8 AM - 9:15 AM
Lunch Service Time: 11 AM - 1:15 PM

Meal Forms/Title I:
Family Inquiry Forms opened on July 1. Complete the online form through the https://www.myschoolapps.com/ . Online forms are processed within 24 hours of submission by the parent, and the school never has to handle/see a paper form. The Family Income Inquiry form is the basis for determining our school’s eligibility for Title I funding.

This year, with the Title 1 Funding, we were able to take part in Cool Culture where parents were able to get free passes to visit over 90 different cultural institutions. To name a few of the great things we were able to secure were art and dance classes through Marquis Studio and Studio in A school, we had our Yoga & nutrition and Bear Magic workshop.
We were also able to bring in Educational Programs - ELA, Math, Science, Weekends, Full-time Staff - Social Workers, Support Staff, After School Programs. Please complete the form through your NYC Schools Account or directly online at https://www.myschoolapps.com
