As we bring this beautiful school year to a close, our hearts are completely full of gratitude for our incredible Doves class. This week’s end-of-year celebration was a beautiful reflection of the vibrant, loving, and deeply connected community these children have built together day after day.
Watching the Doves grow this year has been an absolute joy. They have brought so much light, curiosity, and genuine kindness into our classrooms. From quiet moments of deep concentration to shared laughter and collaborative discoveries, they remind us every day of how capable, creative, and full of wonder children truly are.
To our amazing families, thank you for your unwavering partnership and for sharing your precious children with us. The beautiful energy of this group is a direct reflection of the love and support they receive at home.
The Doves have left an indelible mark on our hearts. As they soar into their next chapters, they carry with them the strong foundations, deep friendships, and joyful spirits they cultivated right here. We love them so very much! 🤍

Wings up, Dragonflies! 🫧✨
What an incredible year it has been watching our little Dragonflies grow, learn, and fly to new heights! From the very first day to our big end-of-the-year celebration today, these amazing kids have filled our days with so much laughter, curiosity, and joy.
We are so incredibly proud of every single one of them. Thank you to our amazing parents and teachers for supporting them every step of the way.
The future is so bright, and we can’t wait to see where your wings take you next! 💜👋☀️

It was so lovely to see our wonderful Seagulls and their families coming together today to celebrate! 🌊✨
Looking back at the start of the year, it is incredible to see how much these children have grown, matured, and bonded. They have accomplished so much, and seeing their confidence and joy today was the perfect way to wrap up a beautiful year together.

Today, we wrapped up our toddler end-of-year celebration, and our hearts are absolutely full. There is a sacred kind of magic in watching a child find their footing in the world—to see them move from hesitant first steps into the classroom to confident strides, deep friendships, and a boundless sense of wonder.
They have grown so much more than just inches this year. They have grown in independence, kindness, and curiosity. To our beautiful families: thank you for trusting us with your most precious treasures. Watching them bloom has been our greatest joy. 🌿

What a magical month of May we’ve had! ✨
Our classrooms were filled with wonder as we welcomed an incredible group of community helpers. From two generations of pilots sharing their love of flight to an archaeologist uncovering history, our students explored so many fascinating worlds. We were also treated to beautiful melodies from musicians, creative inspiration from an artist, delicious lessons from a pizza maker, wonderful insights from doctors and veterinarians, and a special visit from our local City Council Member!
Thank you to all of our incredible guests for opening the doors to what’s possible and inspiring our little ones’ big imaginations! 👩‍⚕️🧑‍🎨👨‍✈️🕵️‍♂️🎷🍕🏛️

Montessori Day School is rooted and rising. Standing here nearly five decades after our 1977 establishment, I see the evidence of those roots in our dedicated faculty, our returning families, and our supportive board.
During my tenure, we have emerged stronger from every challenge, achieving record re-enrollment and retention rates. Our Tuition Assistance Program, has helped hundreds of families since 2011.
By expanding our aid to include holistic experiences like music and summer programming, and fostering transformative growth for our educators, we continue to innovate. Thank you for making this a wonderful year of giving!

Huge thank you to Ashley for treating the team to a fresh juice bar today. From the vibrant ingredients to the custom ‘Ashley’s Juices’ labels, every detail was so beautifully curated. It was exactly the kind of restorative pause this incredible staff deserves. 🥂🍊

In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, we traded our lesson plans for stems and shears! We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a flower arranging workshop led by the incredibly talented Margaret Rogers of .floral
The afternoon was pure magic—a moment of calm, creativity, and connection. Margaret is truly delightful, and her passion for floral design breathed so much life and color into our space. Seeing the teachers’ beautiful, unique arrangements come together was the perfect way to celebrate the hard work and heart they pour into our community every single day.
A huge thank you to Margaret for sharing your craft with us and making us feel so celebrated! 🌸🌷
