What’s it like to be a kid and not have concepts “click” at first? Check out this work sample from one of our Pointed Students. She has difficulty putting into words her struggles, but she was able to utilize emojis to communicate her feelings about her learning differences. This is now an anchoring graphic, which has helped her adults understand her challenges. It also helps her to feel more comfortable asking for help.
