Children require attention, patience, stimulation, redirection, understanding, and guidance. To achieve this, adults must be emotionally connected to them—actively participating in their reality and giving them real time with genuine emotions. As a result, you have a well-managed classroom, happy children, and dynamic activities full of engagement.
