Bèlè is more than dance. It is rhythm, storytelling, heritage and cultural expression in motion. 💃🏾

In Saturday's Traditional Bèlè Dance workshop, you’ll be introduced to the beauty of Afro-Caribbean movement.

You’ll learn the basic steps, how to respond to the rhythm, and how to carry your body with confidence.

No dance experience is needed. All are welcome 😊

Cultural movement can be used in so many beautiful ways. 💃🏾

At the Anglican Church Youth Conference, we explored Bèlè through rhythm, heritage, storytelling and connection.

So proud of the young women of the Diocese of the Windward Islands representing Grenada, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and St. Lucia in this workshop. 🌺

Dance is sacred movement ❤️
