It’s been super hard figuring out life after college. Then I revamped Coley Cares Tutoring and it’s been AMAZING to me. Two years of solely tutoring has paid all of my bills, taken me on vacations and overall shown me a good time. The thing about small businesses is that they also present so many challenges… a lot of uncertainty, a lot of figuring it out, and a lot sacrifice. I started working in a school in 2021 for the security, but also it’s just what I love to do. I’ve had so many influential people in my life from a kid and til this day. These people have gotten me where I am today. It’s been extremely hard finding a work/entrepreneur/personal life balance! However I accept the journey, I’m enjoying the ride, I’m super proud of my business and my new PROMOTION 🥺. I have so many new ideas for Coley Cares (including a name change to help me execute 🥲) I’m grateful for all the patience from my loyal clients, and my new clients who’re taking a leap of faith with me. I always tell the youth/adolescents that the first step to getting anything done is believing you can do it! I’m going to continue being a source of inspiration to youth and all those around me, just like others have been to me! I just have to… figure it out first.
