Happy Thursday everyone! Today, our recommendation for book of the week is The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison. This book is based on Pecola Breedlove who believes that in order to be beautiful she needs to have blue eyes. It also touches on issues around gender and class. This book is most suitable for ages 14 and up.
