P.S. 93 Magnet School of Steam Brooklyn Magnet STEAM theme School educating 3K-5th Grade students with focus on the "whole child". educational approach.

We welcome our scholars, and affirm their backgrounds and identities, and partner with our families and the community. We will ensure high expectations and provide rigorous instruction for each scholar, grounded in the S.T.E.A.M. We will engage our students in personalized learning experiences that cultivate real-world knowledge with access to inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking skills. We will provide support systems and develop the whole child, fostering collaboration, social consciousness, and cultural awareness and acceptance to meet the needs of our changing world.

Our incredible students truly lit up the stage at the Scene in D13 performance, and we couldn’t be prouder! 💙
Through our Flamenco Vivo dance residency, students dove into the rich traditions of flamenco—exploring its history, mastering rhythm and footwork, and expressing powerful stories through movement. 💃🏽🔥
A huge shoutout to the phenomenal teaching artists Ricky, Laura, Gisele, and Nico, who inspired and guided our students every step of the way. Their dedication helped our scholars shine with confidence, discipline, and cultural appreciation. ✨
Last night, our students didn’t just perform—they represented our school with heart, energy, and excellence! 🌟

Our school community has been buzzing with creativity and culture! Recently, families joined us for two amazing hands-on experiences:

🌸 Perfume-Making Workshop
Led by our wonderful CBO partners at Replications, families explored the science and art behind creating personalized scents. It was a beautiful blend of creativity, chemistry, and fun!

🎶 Music Through Culture Workshop with LEAP
Students and families also participated in an interactive musical journey, discovering rhythms, instruments, and traditions from cultures around the world. The energy and joy in the room were unforgettable!

Thank you to all the families who attended and to our incredible partners for bringing these enriching experiences to our community. 💛
