World-building is more than setting, and it exists outside the confines of speculative fiction. This lecture seeks to open the minds of the participants and get them thinking about the best ways to convey their individual experiences to a wider audience.
About the Guest Speaker:
Dexter Loken is a writer of primarily fiction and nonfiction with a deep love of fantasy and science fiction. Originally from California, he has lived around the world and currently resides in downtown Brooklyn. He pursues the experience; gotta catch them all.
