Should I hire a coach or join the Elegant Excellence Mastermind?

Hey love, I owe you a sincere apology.

I wasn’t planning on sharing this with you, till I realized it’s affected you.

I recently discovered something that was happening in my business. The sort of behind-the-scenes I wouldn’t normally bring you into, or at least not until much later.

But there was a straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak, when I realized this is affecting you and you’re deserving of an apology.

The scenario is complicated, so I recorded a special bonus episode as today’s podcast. (I didn’t give it a number as we may remove it at some point.)

Not only do I share the behind the scenes of my company and team, but what I’ve learned the hard way about how we trust in relationships, both personal and business.

This was hard to record, but I trust it’ll be worth it when you listen.

Have you ever felt underwater? Like you’re drowning in overwhelm or self-doubt?

Have you ever cried in the shower, finding that water begets water? Felt like you’re just treading water, trying to stay afloat?

Have you ever struggled to overcome anxiety and depression? Me too.

A year and a half ago I filmed a raw, vulnerable video about the challenges of being an entrepreneur, the challenges of being a woman feeling beautiful in her body, the challenges of overcoming anxiety.

I’ve never shared it before, but in celebrating my 7 year business anniversary, it felt like a perfect gift to share.

It was filmed by an incredible crew from London and New York, and commissioned by a church, so you’ll notice there is some light spiritual language but I trust you can put your own beliefs around every insight I share.

If you’re a woman, I trust you can share in my feelings around beauty and my body.

If you’re an entrepreneur, I’m sure you can empathize with my experience growing a business.

If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety or depression, and/or if you’re a person of faith who believes in God, I hope this provides some encouragement.

(I saw this for the first time in a theatre of 400 women and it gave me chills to hear them exclaim “Wow…” so many times as in “Wow that’s true, I didn’t realize it but yes…”)

In the 18 months since this was filmed, I can say that I got from 80% to 100%.

And also that 100% doesn’t mean you’ll never be swept back into the waves to feel underwater again.

What it does mean is that you know you healed once, you survived, and you thrived, so you can do it again...
