Meet Ms. Alexis

Ms. Esther Alexis is an Early Childhood Educator with over twenty years of experience working with preschool children. She holds a New York State license in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2) and a degree in the field.
Ms. Alexis currently serves as the Educational Director at Khyle Brenaj Preschool, where she is deeply committed to supporting young learners and ensuring that they are well prepared for the next stage of their educational journey. She has a strong passion for working with little scholars and is dedicated to nurturing their academic, social, and emotional development.
Khyle Brenaj Preschool is associated with the Board of Education and implements the Creative Curriculum, along with Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Through a play-based approach, Ms. Alexis ensures that every child is given the opportunity to learn and develop at their own pace in a supportive and inclusive environment

Meet Our Director

We are proud to introduce Mr. Paul Richards, Director of Khyle Brenaj Preschool.

Mr. Richards holds a Master of Science in Teaching Early Childhood Education and is certified to teach Birth–Grade 2. With a strong passion for early childhood development, he is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

As Director, Mr. Richards is committed to supporting families, empowering staff, and ensuring that every child receives developmentally appropriate, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

We are grateful for his leadership and vision as we continue to build a strong foundation for our school community.
