today part of our team at the Barclays Center at the Reform Alliance Job Fair giving and showing the public our amazing program. part of our goals as a program is that no matter what you did in the past, (you already paid for it) you always have an opportunity to start again on the positive side and we will help you break down all the barriers you have on the way to that you manage to have a life with dignity and a good position in society as a good person. we are Fedcap Impact

I wanted to take a moment to share a nice recognition that one of our own Fedcap team members from DOC LINK program received. Ms. Toni Luck, Workshop Facilitator was awarded February’s Employee of the Month at one of the jails that we service, AMKC. This recognition is a nomination that includes all staff represented at the facility. DOC Program staff, Social Services, Recreation, Religious services, uniform staff, contracted providers . For one of our own to be recognized as Employee of the Month in a facility that we are new in, not to mention a very small percentage of the staff represented, is amazing. There are only 4 Fedcap staff at this facility with hundreds others working in the jail. Ms. Luck was recognized for being “…pleasant, professional, proactive, always helpful, and has integrity.” While we are not surprised at the recognition Ms. Luck received, we are humbled and proud of her for representing Fedcap so well. I confidently say that all of our DOC LINK team members represent Fedcap with the utmost integrity and professionalism. This is just a spotlight on the wonderful work you all do.

Congratulations Ms. Luck! Keep shining.
