Each workshop examines another feeling and aspect of mindfulness. Mindfulness is a state of being that bends our minds towards living in the present, not the past or future.
During each session, Father Rivera reveals different meditation techniques and practices that focus on a topic. These mindful sessions include breathing exercises, inspirational words, and open, safe discussions to enrich our lives.
