It was a blessing to gather alongside so many familiar and new faces, sharing conversations that continually remind us of how deeply our community needs spaces to connect, support one another, and grow together.

As Muharram continues, let us carry the message of Karbala beyond the majlis. Let us strengthen our communities, care for one another, and strive to embody the character of Imam Hussain (AS) in our actions every day.

Muharram reminds us that the message of Imam Hussain (AS) knows no borders.

Some of our team members were honored to spend these nights in Canada, joining the majalis of Hussain and witnessing firsthand how communities continue to gather in remembrance of Karbala despite hardship, oppression, and distance. From New York to Montreal, the call of Hussain (AS) continues to unite people across cultures, languages, and backgrounds.

Thank you to Foundation Internationale Azzahra, Laval Islamic Cultural Centre, and the Muslim Community Center of Montreal (CCMM) for welcoming us into your communities and allowing us to be part of these beautiful gatherings.

Karbala belongs to humanity, and its message continues to live wherever people stand for truth and justice.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Al Khoei Foundation for hosting such a beautiful Eid al-Ghadeer celebration and for welcoming us to be part of it.

As we celebrate this blessed occasion, we remember the legacy of Imam Ali (AS) including his commitment to justice, generosity, and care for those in need. We are grateful for teams, such as these, that participate in bringing our community together and keeping these important values alive.

A heartfelt thank you to the Ali Center team for hosting such a beautiful and memorable Eid al-Ghadeer celebration! From inspiring speakers and a refreshing hike to delicious barbecue and warm fellowship, every part of the day reflected the spirit of community and connection.

What makes gatherings like these so special is the dedication of the volunteers, families, and community members who come together simply to build meaningful relationships and strengthen their love for Allah, His Messenger, and the Ahlulbayt (AS).

We are grateful to have been able to attend, connect with so many wonderful people, and celebrate alongside you all. Your hard work and hospitality did not go unnoticed!

Eid Mubarak to us all, may Allah continue to unite our hearts upon the wilayah of Imam Ali (AS) and the teachings of the Ahlulbayt.

And yes—we may be a little biased, but for many of us, this truly is the greatest Eid of all! 💚

We are honored to have been invited to celebrate Eid al-Adha at Gracie Mansion alongside so many incredible organizations dedicated to serving their communities.

A heartfelt thank you to NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani, the Mayor’s Office of Community Affairs and Faith-Based Initiatives, and the Mayor’s Office team for bringing us together for such a meaningful gathering. It was a privilege to have our students and team present, connect with new faces, and celebrate the spirit of Eid in community.

Check out our Mother’s Day event with the Sadiq Sisters! 🌸

Together, we painted what reminded us of our parents: what moved us, shaped us, and connected us across generations, young and old. Once again, we were able to reflect on the beauty of motherhood and what it means to be a woman surrounded by the love and support of our sisters. Especially during these difficult times, we honor and remember those who have passed, holding close the mothers, grandmothers, and loved ones whose love, sacrifice, and legacy continue to guide and strengthen us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special. And a special congratulations to our sisters who graduated and were unable to attend; we are so proud of you and celebrate your accomplishments with you.

This verse stayed with us after our most recent event.

It’s a reminder that our words, our intentions, and the way we treat one another matter just as much, if not more, than what we give. Coming together, we were reminded that true community is built on gentleness, forgiveness, and sincerity. We want to remind you that in times of sadness, happiness, and everything in between, you have a community supporting you.

Inspired by this ayah, we hope to carry that same energy forward: leading with kindness, uplifting one another, and creating spaces rooted in love and faith. Special shoutout to our sister for the beautiful painting featured in the background!
