Nutrition tip of the day-
Have a majority of your daily carbohydrates pre and post workout. This way you can properly fuel your workout for that day, as well as replenish your carbohydrates used during your workout.
Training tip of the day-
If you have a lagging or weak muscle group, always start your workout with that weak muscle group.

If you like having toast in the morning, try having ezekiel bread toast topped with coconut oil and a pinch of salt. It is a great way to have a toast and butter alternative that is a good combo with some eggs!

Sunday's are a great day to take time to prep food for the week. Having food prepared in advance makes it easy to eat healthy when you are in a rush.
