Exciting news... we have rebranded our Ashlee Consulting website! After focusing on finishing our PhDs and building a strong family foundation for our now 3 year-old daughter, Azaelea, we've had some time to reflect on what what want to share with the world. We've learned and changed so much over the past five years, and we wanted our website to reflect who we are now and how we live out our social justice values. Many thanks to our community over the past few years who have supported our personal and professional development. We hope that this rebranding communicates our ongoing vision to foster brave spaces for bold conversations about identity, community, and action for social justice in the world.

We had a blast at today's Minnesota Chapter of ACPA annual conference, where we got to present on Identity, Community, and Connection Across Difference. There was some incredible conversation with colleagues from across the state of Minnesota who are thinking and working to address systemic change in higher education. Can't wait until next year's conference!

Last week we had the opportunity to be in community with some amazing folks at United Hospital in St. Paul. Through a virtual webinar and an in-person presentation, we discussed structural racism and how it can be addressed within ourselves and our communities.
