📢 Notice to BES Field Day Volunteers 📢

Please plan to arrive at the school by 7:50 AM on your designated volunteer day to get checked in.

At 8:00 AM, all volunteers will walk through the gym to the back of the school and meet at the blue Relay Tents for a quick volunteer meeting. We’ll go over how the day will run and explain duties before heading into the school for Opening Ceremony.

As a Field Day volunteer, we officially consider you a Magic Maker. A large part of your volunteer support will be cheering on students during relays. We encourage you to participate in our America theme and go all out!We are incredibly thankful for the extra eyes, hands, and support.

The Closing Ceremony will end around 10:55 AM, and volunteers are free to head out afterward. Thank you again for volunteering and helping make this an unforgettable day for our students!

We closed out Staff Appreciation week with a few thoughtful tokens of appreciation for our BES staff. We hope they know just how loved and valued they are.

This morning we were pleased to treat BES staff to Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits as a small way to say thank you for all the hard work they pour into our students every single day. BES is the BESt!

We also left a sweet treat to celebrate Pi Day! 🥧
