RHA is a student-led organization that promotes unity and leadership within the residence halls by involving hall residents and executive boards to improve the quality of the residence hall living and learning environment. RHA establishes and maintains open lines of communication with and between the residence halls through meetings, posting minutes, and welcoming and encouraging attendance at gen
