Our little town of Rapid City is dealing with the loss of a vibrant, amazing young man. We now face a huge community of teens grieving and parents not knowing how to support them. No one ever knows exactly what to say or do in these situations but we hate seeing our kids in pain. Here are a few resources for you parents that may be searching for ways to support your grieving son or daughter! (I never had the chance to meet Nehemiah, but from what I have heard and what I am seeing, he is an incredible young man who will be remembered and honored! And amazingly, gave the gift of being a donor. Miah was able to touch many lives from his last generous gift! WOW!)

WOW! A great article on the pressures parents AND kids feel to get accepted to the "right" college! It really is OK and in the end, it will all work out for the best!

Happy Friday, Dream Girls!
Lately I have been struggling to keep my health a priority! I have been fighting myself to exercise and eat well for my body. So...I decided to do what we often forget to do when we get in our own way, and that is ask for help! You know what happened, the most amazing thing! I asked and I received A LOT of help! My good friend and I began a 21 day challenge, I joined an accountability group with a couple of my friends, and was introduced to a new workout! Oh the magic that can happen if we just ask for it! And take it from me, it is so much easier to accomplish our goals when we do it together! Dream about what you want and then ask for help! Together we have got this!
