Thank you everyone for all the recommendations and interest for summer lessons! 🎉

I unfortunately will not be able to do Summer Lessons this year due to a new addition to our family arriving at the end of this month. 🍼 We are excited to spend the summer with the kids and won’t have the time to give to lessons that I would prefer. I will start back up again sometime mid-end of August (depending on any last minute family vacations!). Please keep us in mind for next school year and enjoy your summer! ☀️

The sun is shining, the warm weather is back, and that means it's time for....

☀️Signing up for SUMMER LESSONS! ☀️

Summer Lesson Rates are as follows:
- $25 per lesson (30 minutes in length)
- 8 lessons for $175

We can meet 1-2 times a week to work on:
- Piano Skills
- Various Wind Instrument Skills (Brass & Woodwind, Percussion must provide their own bell & snare kits for lessons)

*This is especially helpful for those wanting to get a head start on HS or MS All State Band Auditions!

**No lessons will be held:
- May 29th (Memorial Day)
- June 8th-June 20th
- July 3rd - 5th (in observance of July 4th)

Join us this Thursday @ 6pm for our first meeting of the SDSU CommUniversity Band. We will not be playing, just talking through the semester and meeting our new director.

This band is open to anyone in the Brookings area who plays or once played an instrument.

Lessons are wrapping up for 2022 but lessons for 2023 are right around the corner, starting January 4th! Reminders of what is offered:

- In-Home lessons
- Piano & Band Instrument: beginner - intermediate levels
- $20 for 30 minute lessons
- Ages Preschool on up!

Lessons are offered weeknights in the evenings. Spots are filling fast! Let me know if you are interested!

As Jam season comes to a close, it’s time for music lesson season to begin!

Some information on music lessons:

- Lessons are available weeknights 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
- $20 per 30 minute private lesson
- beginner piano and all band instruments
- intermediate piano and band instruments
- Books are available for purchase (typically $10)
- Lesson are done out of our home - which is dog friendly, but she will be located upstairs during all lessons. Just please be aware of this if you have any allergies!
- Lesson schedule can change due to work schedules, pep band events, school events, or family events but I will always do my best to inform you well ahead of time if there is a conflict or change.
