The Development Office at Brookhaven Academy is growing! As we continue expanding our efforts in communications, marketing, alumni relations, fundraising, community engagement, and special projects, we’re excited to welcome a new member to our team.

A graduate of William Carey University with a background in mass communication, journalism, graphic design, social media strategy, photography, and digital content creation, Ceanna brings creativity, energy, and a passion for storytelling to our campus.

Working alongside Shannon Miller in the Development Office, Ceanna will help assist Brookhaven Academy’s social media, website management, marketing initiatives, and communications efforts. As Ceanna assumes many of our day-to-day communications responsibilities, Shannon will continue to oversee those efforts while expanding her focus on alumni relations, community engagement, sponsorships, fundraising, and school-wide development campaigns.

We’re excited about the future and all that’s ahead for Brookhaven Academy. Please help us give Ceanna a warm Cougar welcome! 💙🐾

While she’s certainly no stranger to Brookhaven Academy, we are excited to officially welcome Hannah Hudson to the Development Team as our Media Consultant! Hannah will be working behind the scenes at school functions, special events, and in athletic events helping capture the moments that make Brookhaven Academy so special! From the hallways to the classrooms, from the field to the court, and everywhere in between, she’ll be apart of BA’s Development team telling the story of Cougar Nation through photos, videos, and creative content.

We’re thrilled to have Hannah’s talent, creativity, and expertise! Welcome to the team, Hannah!

Brookhaven Academy’s Presley Day was selected to the All-Star Team at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Soccer Camp! Out of approximately 375 players in attendance, only 34 were chosen for the camp’s All-Star Team. Congratulations!

The Brookhaven Academy Varsity and Junior Varsity Lady Cougars have been hard at work this summer at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Soccer Camp!

Competing against 23 schools from across the region, BA was proud to be the only MAIS school represented. We’re proud of these young ladies for investing in their game and continuing to raise the standard for Brookhaven Academy soccer.

A special congratulations to Presley Day and Elsie Coker, who were selected as Team MVPs by the camp’s college coaching staff for their outstanding effort and performance!

Congratulations to Brookhaven Academy senior Carter Palmer on being selected to represent District 7 in the 2026 State Games of Mississippi Baseball Games!

Carter will compete June 15–18 at Meridian Community College, earning the opportunity to showcase his talent alongside some of Mississippi’s top high school baseball players.
