Tools for Success: School & Hygiene Supply Wall
Did you know that students who lack basic school or hygiene supplies often struggle to focus—and even to show up—in class? Without pencils, notebooks, or personal care items like soap, deodorant, or toothpaste, many young learners face distractions, embarrassment, and health issues that derail their education.
•School supplies are essential tools—without them, students can’t fully engage in lessons. Research shows that access to basic materials like paper, pencils, and calculators significantly improves focus, confidence, and academic performance
•Hygiene matters too. Poor sanitation and lack of personal care items can lead to illness, absenteeism, and reduced concentration in class. Students may feel ashamed or anxious, and teenage girls often miss school without access to feminine hygiene products.
•Our goal is to eliminate these barriers: by collecting both educational and hygiene essentials, we help ensure every student arrives healthy, prepared, and ready to learn.
