Results are in for our Tissue Box Character Contest!!! Thank you to ALL students that participated! We had some outstanding projects!!!

For the K-3rd grade division, winners are:
1st place: Brianna Parkman
2nd place: Harper Burris
3rd place: Benjamin Houghton

For the 4th-6th grade division, winners are:
1st place: Connor McFadden
2nd place: Paisley Coleman
3rd place: Artie Britt

Winners will receive a book fair gift certificate to spend at our upcoming book fair, March 2-6. Great job everyone!!

In celebration of "Read Across America Week", we will have a K-6th grade book character parade on Friday, March 6th . Due to benchmark testing, we will only dress up on Friday, March 6th. This is optional for students, but we would love for all students to participate!! There are many simple ideas online if you need ideas! We are looking forward to seeing all the different book characters!! 😊

A big congratulations to Alec Reno for becoming a member of the Millionaire's Reading Club!! Alec has read over one million words and is the first student to become a member of the Millionaire's Reading Club this year!!! Congratulations Alec!!! Keep up the great work!!

We can't do it without you! Please consider volunteering to help at our Book Fair. The story starts with you! Volunteer letters are being sent home today & are due back Feb. 24! Please sign up to help work the fair and/or send refreshments for our Family Night. Our Book Fair will be March 2-6 and Parent Night is Monday, March 2, 4-6 p.m. Thank you in advance for your help and support!!
